Rising Senior Terms of Use
These Terms govern customer access to Rising Senior, including account access, household workflows, coaching support, scoring, recommendations, and AI-assisted product features.

Who provides Rising Senior
Rising Senior is a product of FutureCount Holdings LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company. Rising Senior is the product name used for the college transition, career readiness, and coaching support platform.

Fall 2026 cohort membership
Rising Senior is offered to customers joining the Fall 2026 cohort. Account access may require enrollment, email verification, account setup, and role-based permissions.
Submitting the enrollment form begins the joining process; account access begins after activation. Rising Senior may suspend or revoke account access when needed for safety, service operation, or account management.
Account responsibility
Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure and for using the account that was approved or invited. Invitation links and secure sign-in links are intended only for the invited email address.
Students, parents, coaches, and administrators must use Rising Senior only within the role and household access granted to them.
Age and role agreement
Rising Senior is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Parents agree to these Terms on their own behalf. Students separately agree to these Terms on their own behalf.
Coaches agree to use Rising Senior only for students and households they are authorized to support.
Information accuracy
Rising Senior depends on information provided by users, uploaded documents, system records, and third-party services. Users are responsible for providing accurate information and updating information when circumstances change.
If information is missing, stale, incomplete, or incorrect, dashboards, scores, recommendations, summaries, and coaching context may also be incomplete or incorrect.
AI, scoring, and recommendation disclaimer
Rising Senior may use deterministic scoring, rules, and AI-assisted interpretation to organize student information, identify possible gaps, summarize progress, and suggest next steps. These outputs are informational and decision-support tools only.
Rising Senior does not guarantee grades, graduation, internship placement, employment, admission, income, independence, or any other outcome. AI-assisted and scoring outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or based on incomplete information. Users should review outputs with appropriate human judgment, including coaches, academic advisors, career professionals, or other qualified support when relevant.
Rising Senior is not a school, employer, academic advisor, legal advisor, financial advisor, medical provider, or mental health provider.
Acceptable use
Users may not use Rising Senior to access another household without authorization, upload unlawful or harmful content, interfere with the service, attempt to bypass security controls, scrape the service, reverse engineer non-public systems, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law.
Users may not submit information they do not have the right to use or share.
Product changes and service limitations
Rising Senior is evolving. Features, workflows, scoring logic, cohort schedule, availability, and user experience may change as the service evolves.
Some features may be experimental, incomplete, disabled, or available only to certain roles or households.
Intellectual property
Rising Senior, the Rising Senior name, product experience, software, designs, workflows, and related materials are owned by FutureCount Holdings LLC or its licensors. Users retain responsibility for materials they submit, subject to the rights needed for Rising Senior to operate the service.
Users may not copy, resell, or commercially exploit Rising Senior without written permission.
Third-party services
Rising Senior relies on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, email, storage, analytics, and AI-assisted features. Those services may have their own terms and policies.
Rising Senior is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Rising Senior is provided to customers on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. FutureCount Holdings LLC disclaims warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every user expectation.
To the extent permitted by law, FutureCount Holdings LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost opportunities, lost profits, academic outcomes, employment outcomes, or reliance on incomplete or inaccurate outputs.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these Terms
Rising Senior may update these Terms as the product, cohort schedule, legal requirements, or service providers change. The updated version will be posted on this page.
